Parking rates may soar under lease plan
This is why… I LIVE IN THE CITY YO! This makes no sense to me. So he wants to cut bus routes, then raise parking prices via private leases. It seems that if parking rates go up, there will be more of a demand for public transit. DOUBLE SIGH.
